The Design and Develop phases work together, beginning with spending a day to get to know your business. During discovery, we will consult with yourselves and your staff to understand the current systems and processes, what your optimised company looks like in your vision, and what road blocks are currently preventing this.
During design, we take our Findings and produce an analysis of the areas of interest. We'll create 2 maps highlighting potential changes, showing how your processes currently look and comparing this to an optimised solution - with an estimate of savings based on several factors. To compliment the analysis, we can produce a road map which shows how to create the optimised system.
We'll have a final consultation to finalise the scope of work, set expectations, time frames and cost. Development of the optimised system will then begin, it will be tested with test data and delivered to you - ready for integration into your business.
